Liver function test
Is an enzyme produced by organs through proteins when organ dysfunction is found predominantly in the liver and bones. ALP testing can distinguish between liver and bone abnormalities. It is usually tested along with ALT and AST to identify a major disease such as bile duct cancer. Bone cancer or obstruction of the bile duct
Alanine transaminase, or SGPT (Serum glutamate-pyruvate transaminase), is an enzyme created when organs in the body are damaged. This enzyme is found mainly in the liver. High levels of ALT can also be a sign of liver problems.
Aspartate transaminase, or SGOT (serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase), is an enzyme made by the body when organs are damaged. If it is found in large quantities, it is a sign that there is a problem with internal organs. In particular, the liver produces more AST enzymes if damaged in cells.
Gamma GT aims to determine which organ is too much ALP (Alkaline phosphatase). These values, if found to be high, indicate an increased risk of liver disease and biliary tract disease.
Total protein content in the bloodstream (usually the sum of Prealbumin, Albumin, and Globulin) which should be given only in moderation. In case of too little or too much, it indicates an abnormality in the body.
The value of albumin protein by albumin is up to 60 percent of the total protein in the body. and is sourced only from the liver. If the examination reveals that the amount of Albumin is too high. or too little can diagnose liver dysfunction.
It is a protein that is inferior to Albumin type. It is involved in white blood cells that act to help eliminate foreign substances that enter the body. If too much is detected, it can be a sign that our bodies are trying to get rid of some malignant germs.
This is a total bilirubin test. Bilirubin is the value of expired red blood cells. There are two types of bilirubin: Indirect bilirubin (the lymphoid that has not reached the liver) and Direct bilirubin (the lymphatic substance that has passed through the liver and has reacted with it).
Liver function tests. Direct bilirubin reaches the liver and reacts for further removal by the liver and kidneys. If direct bilirubin is found to be low, it means the body is in good health and can use Direct bilirubin to its maximum benefit.
